Hotel arrival:

it is highly appreciated to arrive to the hotel before 6:00 PM and to inform the hotel in case of late arrival; hotel check-out no later than 10:30 a.m.

Pets:

pets are not allowed in the hotel

Stay tax:

stay tax in Brantome en Perigord is 0.75€/pers/day

Deposit:

In order to guaranty your reservation we ask you for a credit card number (Visa – Mastercard – Amex) to make a deposit:

•  for a stay of 1 to 3 days : deposit is the cost of 1 night for each booking rooms
• for a stay of 4 days and more : deposit is 40% of total cost of the stay

 Cancellation conditions

To cancel a reservation, please contact us directly or, in the case of an internet reservation, go on the web site where you have made your booking.

Cancellation and change of stay before arrival:

• more than 21 days before the date of arrival, refund of the deposit minus 10 € of application fees per room
• between 21 days and 10 days prior to arrival, 50% refund of deposit amount
• less than 10 days before the date of arrival the deposit remains

Change of stay after arrival:

Any cancelled night(s) will not result in any decrease in price in relation to the amount of the planned stay, except if the room is re-booked, the corresponding night amount will be refunded at 50%.

As mentioned by law #78-17 dated January 6th 1978 you have the right to access, to modify and to oppose to the data concerning yourself.
