hotel check-out no later than 10:30 a.m.<\/p>\n<h3>Pets:<\/h3>\n<p>pets are not allowed in the hotel<\/p>\n<h3>Stay tax:<\/h3>\n<p>stay tax in Brantome en Perigord is 0.75\u20ac\/pers\/day<\/p>\n<h3>Deposit:<\/h3>\n<p>In order to guaranty your reservation we ask you for a credit card number (Visa \u2013 Mastercard \u2013 Amex) to make a deposit:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0for a stay of 1 to 3 days : deposit is the cost of 1 night for each booking rooms<\/li>\n<li>for a stay of 4 days and more : deposit is 40% of total cost of the stay<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u00a0Cancellation conditions<\/h3>\n<p>To cancel a reservation, please contact us directly or, in the case of an internet reservation, go on the web site where you have made your booking.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cancellation and change of stay before arrival:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>more than 21 days before the date of arrival, refund of the deposit minus 10 \u20ac of application fees per room<\/li>\n<li>between 21 days and 10 days prior to arrival, 50% refund of deposit amount<\/li>\n<li>less than 10 days before the date of arrival the deposit remains<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Change of stay after arrival:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Any cancelled night(s) will not result in any decrease in price in relation to the amount of the planned stay, except if the room is re-booked, the corresponding night amount will be refunded at 50%.<\/p>\n<p>As mentioned by law #78-17 dated January 6th 1978 you have the right to access, to modify and to oppose to the data concerning yourself.<\/p>\n<p>If there is any conflict, in first you have to contact us and, after 2 months, if you have no acceptable answer you can refer to the \u201cMediateur du Tourisme et du Voyage\u201d (address &amp;
